Scheduling Appointments

Many clients schedule weekly sessions, others schedule twice monthly, and still others schedule as concerns arise. Discounted fees are available to those who purchase groups of three or five sessions. See rates.

The number of sessions you have is entirely up to you. You may find that one session is enough or you may wish to return as additional issues or concerns come up in your life. People also schedule sessions to prepare for major life events, such as a job change or marriage. Sometimes, the original issue is multi-layered and is best and completely resolved through mulitple sessions.

Payment
Payment for all sessions is due at, or before, the first session. Sessions must be used within six months of purchase.

For your convenience, Kim accepts cash, personal checks (for in-person sessions ) and PayPal payments for phone sessions. Payment is due at or before the time of service.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so as early as possible so that we can call clients on the waiting list. 24-hour notice of cancellation is required. Missed appointments are billed at the full rate of the fee for that scheduled session.

Preparing For Your Session
Reiki: Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to relax!

Clear Mind Facilitaion. It is recommended that you read Genie O'Malley's book, "Awaken the Higher Mind", which may be purchased from me. Also, it is ideal if you have already begun your at home Clear Mind System, which may be ordered from the Higher Mind Institute.
